Backtest: the same rules applied to every day from 3 July to 4 November 2026, on 4,853 matches with the odds available before kick-off. “Won” is the share of days the whole acca landed, “Return” the profit or loss per acca on a level stake.
Read the returns with care: every leg contains the bookmaker margin, and over roughly a hundred accas a difference of ten percent either way is normal variance. No acca type is a guaranteed winner. We log every acca published on this page, so the live record grows next to the backtest.

📐 How we build our accas
Every acca on this page comes from the same fixed rules, every day, without manual picks. For each match we look at match result, double chance, over/under 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 goals and both teams to score, and take the selection with the shortest price inside the odds range of the acca. The safe acca stacks four legs between 1.20 and 1.40 for a total of about 2.1, the treble three legs between 1.40 and 1.80 for about 2.8, and the long shot five legs between 1.40 and 2.00 for about 5.8.
Why the shortest prices? Before we launched these accas we tested several rules on 4,853 matches since July. Building accas from the legs where our model saw the most value lost 30 to 50 percent per acca; a filter that required our model to agree with the favourite made almost every acca worse. The shortest prices inside a fixed range held up best, which is why we use them, and why we show the backtest next to the picks.

What is an acca (accumulator)?
An accumulator, or acca, combines several selections into one bet. The odds are multiplied, so the potential return is higher, but every leg has to win. If one leg loses, the whole acca loses.
How are your acca tips chosen?
Every morning our bot builds three accumulators from the matches of the day with fixed rules. The safe acca takes the four shortest-priced selections between 1.20 and 1.40, the treble three between 1.40 and 1.80 and the long shot five between 1.40 and 2.00. There is one leg per match, across match result, double chance, goal lines and both teams to score. Matches that are already in our daily tips are left out, so these accas are different from the homepage.
Which acca has the best chance of winning?
In our backtest since July the safe acca landed on 45% of days at average odds of 2.14, the treble on 38% at 2.82 and the long shot on 19% at 5.79. The safer the acca, the more often it lands, but the lower the payout. None of the three is a guaranteed winner, because every leg contains the bookmaker margin.
Why do you use the shortest prices and not your model's value picks?
We tested both on the same matches. Accas built from the legs where our model saw the most value lost 30 to 50 percent per acca in the backtest, while the shortest prices within each odds range held up far better. Bookmaker favourites are not a free win, but for accas they are the more reliable building block.
How often does your daily acca win?
Since 18 September 2026, when we switched to market-based selection, 15 of 34 accumulators won (44%) at average odds of 2.25, a return of -4.4% per acca. Over all 182 accas since March 2026: 38% won, -7.5% per acca.
What happens if a leg is void or a half result?
A void leg counts at odds 1.00, so the acca continues with the other legs. With Asian handicap legs a half win or half loss counts for half, exactly as bookmakers settle it.
